How do we arrange these info? The standard arrangement is to have all the details in vertically centered position. Then you can easily arrange the info by partitioning them accordingly. The upper portion of the page should be for the title of the research paper. You can write it at the bottom of the first 30% space of the page. The middle part is for your name as the author. Obviously you can arrange all other remaining details at the bottom. Now you are done.
